If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The relief demanded is for payment of delinquent assessments relating to lots or parcels of land located at Spring Creek, Elko County, Nevada, and owned by you, or in which you have an interest; for attorney fees and costs incurred and to be incurred; for a judgment of foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien upon said property; for an order directing a sale of said property to satisfy Plaintiff's lien; and, for a judgment for any deficiency that may arise, all as is more fully set out in the Complaint on file in the above-entitled matter to which reference is made for further particulars.
