Kyle Brush, age 41, passed away on September 27, 2012 in Salt Lake City, UT after complications from a short battle with cancer. He was born January 23, 1971 in Fillmore, UT to Bryce and Nancy Munster Brush.

Kyle grew up in Delta, UT and had many fond memories of his childhood there. He was always the entrepreneur, starting a lawn mowing business at the age of 10 and mowed many a lawn in Delta. Kyle moved to Carlin, NV at the age of 16 and graduated from Carlin High School. He worked at Barrick Goldstrike as a heavy equipment operator for the last 12 years. Kyle could light up a room with his sense of humor and smile. He had the ability to find humor in any situation including the bus rides home after graveyard shift. Kyle was a caring and loving Dad, an awesome son, and the greatest brother. He was a person that always put the people he loved first. It was never about himself.

Kyle is survived by his daughters, Annah (Sonny) Laird, Stephanie and Stacy Brush; mother, Nancy (Jerry) Jordt; brother Kirk (Carrie) Brush; and sister, Cammie (Richard) Bochman; nieces, Jordan and McKenna Brush; Step Grandmother, Margret Jordt; stepsisters, Michele Jordt-Sheets and Tonia Pownall; stepbrother, John Jordt; many uncles, aunts and cousins. Preceded in death by his father, Bryce Brush; grandparents, Wilfred and Phyllis Munster, Dee and Mara Brush; cousins , Coburn and Josh Munster, Josie Greathouse Fox and Ryan Greathouse.

The family would like to thank the Huntsman Cancer Hospital and the University of Utah cardiology team for the wonderful care and compassion given to Kyle and his family during his illness.

A memorial service to celebrate and remember the life of Kyle will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on October 6, 2012 at O’Carrolls Restaurant in Lamoille, NV.

A graveside service will be held at Delta City Cemetery in Delta, UT on October 13, 2012 at 1:00 pm.
