ELKO — The Gold Diggers Motorcycle Club, a local off-road motorcycle racing organization, decimated the competition in the 2017 Motorcycle Racing Association of Northern Nevada Racing Series.
Additionally, the Gold Diggers won the prestigious “Race of the Year” award for the Wood Hills Hare Scramble in Wells.
The annual awards banquet, held at the Atlantis Resort in Reno, highlighted the accomplishments of several local off-road racers in multiple divisions.

Monthly meetings are held at Ruby Mountain Pizza in Spring Creek. The 2018 MRANN racing season begins on Feb. 17.
