Nicholas Andrew Conceller, 37, pleaded no contest to destroying and/or concealing evidence and was sentenced to 36 hours in jail with credit for time served. He was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.

Tyler Dean Lundell, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of uttering a forged instrument and possession of personal identifying information to commit a crime and was sentenced to 98 months in prison with credit of 134 days served on all counts to be served concurrently.

Nov. 15

Alexander Keith Whitaker, 28, plead guilty to conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance and was given a suspended sentence of 364 days in jail with credit for 90 days served and was placed on probation for three years. He was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring and abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling.

Nov. 21

Jacob Clyde Rutherford, 29, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of an electronic stun device by a prohibited person and was given a suspended sentence of three years in prison with credit for 149 days served and was placed on probation for five years. He was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, and have no contact with the victims.

Devin Andrew Smith, 32, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit to use and/or be under the influence of a controlled substance and was given a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail with credit for 30 days to be served. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and restitution of $115 to the victim.

Nov. 27

Adrian Jeanette Berry, 33, pleaded no contest to false imprisonment and was given a suspended sentence of 364 days in jail. She was placed on probation for three years and was ordered to serve 10 days in jail, submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, and complete a parenting class.

Caden Lynn McClellan, 19, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit forgery and was given a suspended sentence of nine months in prison with credit for 41 days served. She was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, and pay $140 restitution to the victim.
