Dec. 8

Cami Berneice Carter pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. She was ordered to serve 11 hours in jail with credit for time served, serve an additional 48 hours in jail with credit for 22 hours served, complete a treatment program, attend DUI school and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Dec. 11

Jennifer Lynn Ike pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended driver’s license and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Dec. 12

Sky Daniel Brown pleaded no contest to resisting a public officer and was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail. He was ordered to serve 32 hours in jail with credit for time served and pay $640 in fees and fines.

Victor Jesus Caraves pleaded guilty to one count of minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage and one count of minor purchasing or consuming an alcoholic beverage and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and pay $390 in fees and fines.

Tracy Wayne Frazier pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for time served. He was also charged with contempt and ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Franklin Gene Martin pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. He was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served, complete six sessions of counseling, attend DUI school and pay $685 in fees and fines.

Richard Anthony Woods pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail. He was ordered to serve 68 hours in jail with credit for time served and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Tammy Lynn Hallett-Patterson pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. She was ordered to serve 360 hours in jail with credit for time served, complete 26 sessions of domestic violence counseling, complete 48 hours of community service, and pay $340 in fees and fines.
