Dario Quintero-Velazquez pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving without a valid driver’s license and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 11 hours served, complete 12 sessions of counseling, complete DUI school, and pay $915 in fees and fines.

Aug. 16

Corey Lee Wilcox pleaded guilty to one count of driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Aug. 18

Travis D. Fonnesbeck pleaded guilty to one count of resisting a public officer and was ordered to serve 11 days in jail with credit for time served.

Jessica Lynn McGrath pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence, second offense, and was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail, ordered to serve 240 hours in jail with credit for 11 hours served, complete 12 sessions of alcohol and drug counseling, complete DUI school, and pay $1,050 in fees and fines.

Aug. 20

Amanda Reed pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail, complete DUI school and pay $800 in fees and fines.

Aug. 21

Brandon Michael Alen pleaded guilty to one count of theft and was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and ordered to serve 10 days in jail with credit for time served, pay $700 in restitution, and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Brenda Rae Cleveland pleaded guilty to one count of petty larceny and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, and pay $355 in fees and fines.
