Tasha Carrie Appodaca pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail and ordered to serve 120 hours in jail with credit for 13 hours served, attend DUI school and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Aug. 8

Shawn David Meekins pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence, second offense, one count of basic speeding violation, and one count driving without a valid driver’s license and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, ordered serve 240 hours in jail, complete 12 counseling sessions, complete DUI school, and pay $1,050 in fees and fines.

Jynnifer J. Schultz pleaded guilty to one count of failure to properly maintain a travel lane and one count of using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was given a suspended sentence of 15 days in jail, ordered to serve 240 hours in jail with credit for time served, and ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Amy Lynn Watkins pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence and one count of failure to yield right away from private way and was given a suspended sentence of 25 days in jail and ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 18 hours served, complete 12 sessions of counseling, complete DUI school and pay $800 in fees and fines.

Aug. 9

Sindi Dynell Noe pleaded no contest to one count of driving with a suspended driver’s license and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Aug. 10

Jasmine Ortiz pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence, one count of duty to stop at the scene of an accident involving damage to vehicle or property, and one count of driving without a valid driver’s license and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 26 hours served, complete DUI school, and pay $1,270 in fees and fines.

Nicholas James Roderick pleaded guilty to one count of using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Zakary Lee Shillington pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence and one count of stopping, standing or parking a vehicle in a prohibited place and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 15 hours served, complete 12 sessions of counseling, complete DUI school and pay $915 in fees and fines.

Aug. 14

Justin Daniel Bowman pleaded guilty to one count of trespassing and was ordered to serve 72 hours in jail with credit for time served.
