Sept. 25

Angelo Panisse Jones pleaded guilty to minor purchasing or consuming an alcoholic beverage and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail and ordered complete 20 hours of community service, attend a victim impact panel and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Sept. 26

Jeremy Jon Hailey pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered serve 48 hours in jail with credit for eight hours served, complete DUI school, and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Sept. 27

Brian Lee Chacon pleaded guilty todisturbing the peace and was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and ordered pay $640 in fees and fines.

Cy Martin Mitchell pleaded no contest to one count of driving under the influence and one count of failure maintain a lane or improper lane change and was given a suspended sentence of 180 days in jail and was ordered serve 360 hours in jail with credit for 13 hours served, complete eight alcohol/drug counseling sessions, complete DUI school and pay $1,015 in fees and fines.

Sept. 28

Justin Daniel Bowman pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail, ordered to serve 120 hours in jail with credit for 14 hours served, and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Devin Vaughn Dente pleaded no contest to resisting a public officer and was given a suspended sentence of nine days in jail and was ordered to serve 144 hours in jail with credit for time served and ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Rhiannon Nicole Junker pleaded no contest to petty larceny and was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Randy William Quesada pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol in public and was given a suspended sentence of 20 days in jail and ordered to serve 16 hours in jail with credit for time served, complete 20 hours of community service and pay $640 in fees and fines.

Sept. 29

Kyle David Leyva pleaded no contest to using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 120 hours in jail.

Oct. 2

Roberto Saenz pleaded guilty to minor loitering in place where alcoholic beverages are sold, minor purchasing or consuming an alcoholic beverage, and preparing or using false identification for a person under 21, and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Oct. 4

Christopher George pleaded guilty to entering property with intent to damage or destroy property and battery and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay $710 in fees and fines.
