Jeremy Martin Luther pleaded guilty to buying, possessing, receiving or withholding stolen property and was given a suspended sentence of 20 days in jail and ordered to serve 240 hours in jail with credit for time served, and pay $355 in fees and fines.

July 20

Franklin Lee Harrington Jr. pleaded no contest to battery and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail with credit for time served.

July 21

Karisha Haruko Davis pleaded guilty to possession of a drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce and was sentenced to serve 347 hours in jail with credit for time served and pay $1,140 in fees and fines.

Aug. 16

KC Call Lloyd Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Aug. 14

Elizabeth Marie Faver pleaded guilty to using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 68 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Aug. 17

Kimberly Marie Nye pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 15 days in jail and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 10 hours served, complete 24 sessions of counseling, attend DUI school and pay $800 in fees and fines.

Aug. 30

Justin David Stanley pleaded no contest to duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or other property and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Aug. 31

Angelita Carlson Sherman pleaded guilty to petty larceny and was ordered to serve 68 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Sept. 19

Chavis Vandell Russell was found guilty of destroying or injuring real or personal property of another and was ordered serve 20 days in jail with credit for time served, and pay $185.78 in restitution.

Misty Laine Steiner pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was ordered serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served, complete 26 sessions of domestic violence counseling, complete 48 hours of community service, and pay $675 in fees and fines.

Garrett Gene Stigen pleaded guilty to one count of displaying a fictitious, cancelled or revoked vehicle registration and one count of driving with a suspended driver’s license during revocation period and was ordered to serve 144 in jail. 

Sept. 21

Joe Forrest Curry pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served, complete DUI school and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Sept. 22

Edmundo Audifre Jr. pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and of speeding and was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and was ordered serve 30 days in jail with credit for seven days served, attend DUI school, and pay $915 in fees and fines.
