INVITATION TO BID The Elko County School District ("District"), will receive sealed Bids at 850 Elm Street, Elko, Nevada, until 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019, at which time Bids will be publicly opened and read, for the following public work, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Nevada: Carlin Combined Schools ADA Upgrades Carlin, Nevada Project No. PWP EL-2019-160 Contract Documents may be obtained from District's Project Design Professional, Lombard Conrad Architects Nevada, Ltd., 392 5th Street, Elko, Nevada 89801 (775-299-4994). The Contract Documents include Instructions to Bidders which must be complied with by all Bidders. For each set of Contract Documents, a refundable plan deposit of $75.00 is required for paper copies and no deposit for electronic copies. For information pertaining to the Contract Documents, contact the Project Design Professional. The appropriate Nevada contractor's license is required to bid this contract. The Nevada Labor Commissioner's identifying (PWP) number for this project is PWP-EL-2019-160. NRS 338.013 requires that identifying number to be included in all Bids.
