Unless Congress amends the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA), July 9, 2022, will remain the sunset date. If you lived in Nye, Lincoln, White Pine, Lander, Eureka, or northeast Clark County at any point 1950‐1962 and have been diagnosed with certain cancers, you may be able to file a claim for $50,000.
