ELKO – Nevada State Bank, serving Nevada families and businesses since 1959, announced the launch of a redesigned website at nsbank.com.
With an emphasis on responsiveness for mobile devices, as well as improving user experience, the updated website offers a brand-new look and feel, designed to better serve the needs of clients and website visitors seeking information on the bank’s products, services and resources, according to the bank.
“Redesigning the website has been among our top priorities during the past year,” said Micah Phillips, executive vice president and marketing director. “We are continually striving to meet the needs of the consumers and businesses we serve, and the website’s improved functionality and enhanced content features are designed to improve their online experience.”
A new feature of the bank’s website is access to online appointment scheduling for bankers serving specialized market segments. The new website also delivers more information on key services, including wealth management, corporate banking, professional banking and small business.
Other features include new tools to help customers compare bank products, improved navigation services to find bank and ATM locations, and easier access to helpful financial articles, reports and commentary.
Online account login credentials (such as user names and passwords) have not changed, and the online banking platform remains the same.
