RJ Renfro You never said I’m leaving
You never said goodbye
You were gone before we knew it
And only God knows why.
A million times we needed you
A million times we cried
If love alone could have saved you
You never would have died
In life we loved you dearly
In death we love you still
In our hearts you hold a place
That no one could ever fill
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
When God took you home.
On July 21, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend left us suddenly peacefully to be with the Lord. He was born to Roy Sr. and Zelma and was just one of 13 siblings. He leaves behind his wife and best friend, Melinda as well as his four children: Dion, Heith, Greg and Meriel, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, multiple siblings, nieces, nephews, friends, and his brother in God; Dean. He is preceded in death by his parents: Roy Sr. and Zelma, his grandmother Evelyn, and his two brothers: Michael and Terry.
We will miss his smile, his laugh, and his love for the Lord.
You have earned your angel wings.
