February 12, 1957 – September 29, 2018

Bob moved to Elko shortly after he was born and remained here his whole life. He attended Southside Elementary, Elko Jr. High, and Elko High School, before starting his career as a roofing contractor. He worked for Porter roofing for many years until he started his own company, Roberts Roofing from which he eventually retired. In his younger years he enjoyed motorcycles, motocross, and outdoor activities such as fishing and canoeing. Later in life he enjoyed visits from his children and grandchildren, lunch and western movies with his mother Beverly Vasquez, and visits with his lifelong friend Ben Cornejo. Bob is survived by his mother Beverly Vasquez, Son, Rob Faccenetti, Daughter, Gina Faccenetti, Sister Sherry Parsons (Don), Grandchildren, Cadin, Rylee, and Paisley and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

He will be greatly Missed.

To the living I am gone, To the sorrowful I will never return. To the angry I was cheated but to the happy, I am at peace and to the faithful I have never left. I cannot speak, but I can listen, I cannot be seen but I can be heard. So as you stand upon the shore gazing at the beautiful sea, remember me. As you look in awe at a mighty forest and it’s grand majesty, remember me. Remember me in your hearts, in your thought, and the memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the battles we fought and the times we laughed. For if you always think of me I will never have gone.
