ELKO — The city gave out three liquor licences to business in town.
Odeh’s Mediterranean Restaurant, Four Points Sheraton and Charlee’s Bar were all approved for retail liquor licences.
Odeh’s is a new restaurant that had not started serving alcohol.
The Sheraton had to apply for a new licence after rebranding the Holiday Inn Express. Charlee’s Bar sought a new licence following a change in ownership.
“In all three cases, these were existing establishments,” City Manager Curtis Calder said. “Two had to apply for a licence after an ownership change, and one was a new restaurant that hadn’t started serving alcohol yet.”
