Cody Gregory Carroll, 25, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to six years in prison with credit for 314 days served.

Daniel Clay Goerdt, 29, pleaded no contest to attempted sexual assault and was given a suspended sentence of 10 years in prison with credit for 249 days served. He was placed on probation for five years and was ordered to register as a sex offender and have no contact with the victim.

Brenton Rickey Leland Harvey, 27, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to serve 89 days in jail with credit for time served.

Bryant Thomas Matticks, 34, pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and was given a suspended sentence of 34 months in prison with credit for 11 days served. He was placed on probation for five years and was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, pay $100 in restitution to the Elko Combined Narcotics Unit, and have no contact with his co-defendant.

Bryant Thomas Matticks, 34, pleaded no contest to willful injury to or destruction of private property and was given a suspended sentence of 180 days in jail with credit for 158 days served. He was ordered to pay $2,093.18 restitution to the victims.

Shawna Maureen Parker, 22, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance and was given a suspended sentence of nine months in jail. She was placed on probation for three years was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, and complete an outpatient treatment program.

Damien William Stanton, 19, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance and was given a suspended sentence of 364 days in jail with credit for 91 days served. He was placed on probation for three years and was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring, abstain from alcohol, marijuana use and gambling, and complete the Adult Drug Court Program or an outpatient treatment program.
