Monica Ann Sampson pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered to serve 63 hours in jail with credit for time served and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Sept. 27

Nicholas Steven Gutierrez pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence and one count of careless driving, and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for nine hours served, pay $900 in fees and fines and fulfill additional requirements related to his charge.

Jamie Leann Hewitt pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 15 hours served, pay $800 in fees and fines and fulfill additional requirements related to her charge.

Riley Mykah Dixon pleaded guilty to minor purchasing or consuming an alcoholic beverage and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail, and was ordered complete 20 hours of community service, and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Daniel Paul Perez pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered to serve 10 days in jail.

Oct. 3

Elizabeth Claire Bering pleaded guilty to two counts of committing, maintaining or permitting a nuisance and was ordered to pay $1,780 in fees and fines.

Oct. 4

Bryant Kinley Arthur pleaded no contest to domestic battery, first offense, and was given a suspended sentence of 150 days in jail, and was ordered to serve 720 hours in jail with credit for time served, complete 26 sessions of domestic violence counseling, complete 48 hours of community service, and pay $675 in fees and fines.

Oct. 5

Robert Allan Litner II pleaded no contest to resisting a public officer and was ordered to serve 168 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Kyle James Olson pleaded no contest to petty larceny and was ordered to serve 360 days in jail with credit for 13 days served and pay $58.61 in restitution.
