Alex Shell pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Jan. 31

David John Nelson pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered to serve 72 hours in jail with credit for time served. He also pleaded guilty in a separate matter to trespassing and tampering with a vehicle and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Ashley Marie Ohman pleaded guilty to minor purchasing or consuming alcohol and was ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Feb. 1

Aurelio Benavides pleaded guilty to battery and was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $640 in fees and fines.

Michael Craig Shippy pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for nine hours served, complete DUI school and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Feb. 5

Casey Leigh Low pleaded guilty to destroying personal property of another and battery and was ordered to pay $550 in fees and fines.

Isaac Danger Poncin pleaded guilty to two counts of minor purchasing or consuming alcohol and was ordered to pay $390 in fees and fines.

Feb. 7

Frankie Artemas Holden pleaded guilty to minor purchasing or consuming alcohol in premise where sold and was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail and was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Shenai Leeanne Kathleen Bowman pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace and was ordered to pay $355 in fees and fines.

Paula Martinez was found guilty of dangerous or vicious animal ordinance violation, two counts of animal license or inoculation required, and animal at large and was ordered to euthanize the animal at the owner’s expense and complete 50 hours of community service.
