Kyle Shane Cox was found guilty of driving under the influence, license required to operate a motorcycle and motorcycle tail lamps violation, and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail, and was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for eight hours served, complete DUI school and pay $900 in fees and fines.

Hugo A. Rincon-Caracoza pleaded guilty to reckless driving with disregard of safety of person or property, using or possessing drug paraphernalia, giving a false statement to obstruct a public officer and buying and receiving stolen property and was given a suspended sentence of 12 days in jail and was ordered to serve seven days in jail.

Feb. 21

Janice Marie Robinson pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $115 in fees and fines.

Ashley Antoinette Rose pleaded no contest to using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 232 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Derrick Matthew Smith pleaded guilty to pedestrian under the influence on a roadway and was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail, and was ordered to serve 10 hours in jail with credit for time served, and pay $115 in fees and fines.

Feb. 22

Todd Philip Lempert pleaded no contest to trespassing and disturbing the peace and was ordered to serve 89 hours in jail with credit for time served.
