Courtney Rilee Miller was found guilty of one count of domestic battery, one count of battery and one count of disturbing the peace and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. She was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail with credit for 12 hours served, complete 26 sessions of domestic violence counseling, complete 48 hours of community service and pay $805 in fees and fines.

Dec. 5

Rocky Michael Pacheco pleaded guilty to trespassing and was ordered to serve 46 hours in jail with credit for time served.

Dec. 7

Shiloh S. Alexander pleaded guilty to destroying or injuring real or personal property of another and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and was ordered to serve 39 hours in jail with credit for time served and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Colton Micheal Vega pleaded guilty to headlamps not illuminated when required and one count of driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $230 in fees and fines.

Dec. 8

Joseph Lee Cramer pleaded guilty to using or possessing drug paraphernalia and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. He was ordered to serve five days in jail with credit for time served, attended 52 self-help program meetings, and pay $355 in fees and fines.

Dec. 11

Jeremiah Jeffery Adams pleaded no contest to one count of breaking, injuring or tampering with a vehicle and one count of disturbing the peace and was given a suspended sentence of 45 days in jail. He was ordered to serve 288 hours in jail with credit for time served, pay $3,000 in restitution and pay $550 in fees and fines.
