Billions of dollars of property are at risk to flooding in the upcoming decades. By 2045 it is expected that there will be $117.5 billion of damage to 311,000 residential properties impacting a half-million people.
Coastal cities will face more frequent flooding and the tides rise and reach further inland.
Florida and New Jersey will be the most affected.
