CARSON CITY, Nev. — Governor Joe Lombardo today announced that he has directed the Nevada State Police – Highway Patrol to suspend enforcement of Nevada’s red-dyed diesel restrictions on public highways. The governor’s order is contingent on the IRS not imposing penalties when dyed diesel fuel is sold for use or used on the highway, as required by President Donald Trump’s Executive Order.
