Carlin splash pad celebrates grand opening

On June 6, Carlin City Park saw the opening of a new water play area, the Nevada Gold Mines Carlin Splash Pad. To celebrate, Wells Rural Electric employees dumped a bag of beach balls from two cherrypickers.

As the weather warmed up on Saturday, people gathered at Carlin City Park to celebrate the grand opening of a new water play area, the Nevada Gold Mines Carlin Splash Pad. To add to the festivities, Wells Rural Electric employees dumped a bag of beach balls from two cherry pickers.
